The vessel’s sail inventory is impressive, featuring a new heavy-duty full-batten mainsail installed in 2023, specifically designed for long-distance cruising. The new battened Dracon mainsail is only one year old and comes with a stack pack. The headsails are in good condition and are equipped with PROFURL roller furling. A removable forestay for the cutter is also in good condition, and additional spare sails include a Fisherman sail, two stay sails, and another mainsail. For navigation, S/Y Gyziana is outfitted with top-of-the-line equipment, including a Furuno NAVNET VX2 chartplotter, Furuno radar, Furuno Navpilot 500 autopilot, Furuno Mod. HS 2021 VHF radio, and an ICOM SSB radio with Pactor 2.

The primary anchor has been upgraded to a 43kg Spade anchor with 330 ft chain and 100 ft rode, ensuring secure anchoring even in high winds. The original 60 lbs.
