If I could give Dockside Yacht Brokerage 10 stars out of 5 I most certainly would. I went down to Rio Dulce to look at a Beneteau Oceanis 411. As Catherine had said the boat was in great condition. The only thing she wasn't sure about was the engine so she wrote an addendum into the offer that it was the seller's responsibility. The engine ended up being more of a project than I was willing to take on at the time. Catherine had protected me so well by how she wrote the offer that my deposit was returned to me from escrow within hours. Excellent and honest broker
