Up for sail is the s/v New Horizons a 38 ft Downeaster. These boats were known for their durability, efficiency and functionality. They started in the fishing industry and so were known, with high bows, raked sterns and enclosed helms. They were designed for choppy Atlantic waters, are roomy and safe.
The present owner of four years initially did a lot of cruising in the local Caribbean waters. He has enjoyed the four years of living aboard being based in Rio Dulce, Guatemala. However recent health issues forces a sale.
